Claire Cheng
Director
Ms. Cheng possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, listed companies audits, securities accounting, fund audit and corporate finance including, general offer, capital reorganisation, resumption in Hong Kong.
Before forming our firm, Ms. Cheng has also worked as finance controller and company secretary of certain Hong Kong listed companies.
Ms. Cheng possesses degree in accountancy and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditor. She is also a practicing Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong.
Emily Guo
Financial Consultant
With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she has extended her services to more than ten esteemed financial institutions, encompassing securities firms, investment banks, private banks, and insurance companies. Through Pinery, she aspires to capitalise on the platforms of prominent private bank brokerage firms to deliver comprehensive services to our clients, which include equity financing, investment solutions, and family office services.
Joe Law
Associate Partner
Joe is a HKICPA qualified accountant, an international mediator, a commercial arbitrator and a Japanese interpreter and has over 30 years’ experience in Finance, accounting and investment. Joe began his career with Pricewaterhouse Hong Kong in financial tax services and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong as an Audit & Assurance auditor. Previously he was the CFO in Promise HK Ltd. and was a currency trader in The Sumitomo Bank Limited (Hong Kong Branch). Currently, Joe is a Vice Chairman of the Association Family Office in Asia and also a member of Hong Kong Mediation Centre.
